Eight Leyden Property Transfers Recorded in Late Summer With No Sale Prices Disclosed
Eight property deeds were recorded in Leyden between July 24 and Aug. 22, according to Franklin County Registry of Deeds filings. None of the eight transactions disclosed a sale price, so no price range or median can be reported this month. Transfers included two family transfers among the Chapin and Provost families, a trust sale on Keets Brook Road to Powerpay LLC, two transfers involving mortgage-lending entities as sellers, and two involving Leyden town government. Three of the eight deeds clustered on County Road and two on South Schoolhouse Road. With every transaction lacking a disclosed price, the data supports no conclusion about market tone this period.
