Just One of Eight Recorded Leyden Sales Discloses a Price
Franklin County Registry of Deeds records show eight property transfers in Leyden between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, but only one deed disclosed a sale price: $52,697 for 377 N. County Rd. on Aug. 28. The other seven transactions, spanning South Schoolhouse Road, East Hill Road, Greenfield Road, West Leyden Road, North County Road, Keets Brook Road and a second North County Road address, listed no consideration amount. North County Road saw three separate transfers, the most of any street in the period. With price data available for only one of eight sales, the records do not support broader conclusions about market tone this month.
