Leyden deed filings show 11 property transfers in August, but sale price disclosed for just one
Eleven Leyden properties changed hands between July 31 and August 28, 2026, according to Franklin County Registry of Deeds filings, but only one transaction disclosed a sale price: $52,697 for 377 N County Road on August 28, sold by Jane A Mogelinski (also recorded as Jane A Thompson) to a buyer listed as Redevelopment A. With prices undisclosed on the other 10 deeds, no meaningful range or median can be calculated for the broader market. County Road saw the most activity, with four of the 11 transfers, followed by two on Schoolhouse Road. Three transfers originated from lenders or credit unions, two involved same-surname family transfers, and one buyer was the Leyden Town Assessors.
