Leyden deed filings show seven transfers, but sale prices remain pending for all

Seven property transfers were recorded in Leyden between Sept. 25 and Oct. 24, according to Franklin County Registry of Deeds filings, but none of the seven included a sale price as of this reporting period, so a price range and median cannot be calculated this month. The transfers spanned seven different streets, including Glen Road, Eden Trail, Kately Hill Road, Greenfield Road, Rolling Lane and South Schoolhouse Road. One transfer, on Rolling Lane, moved between two parties sharing the same surname. Another, on Eden Trail, listed mortgage-related entities among the sellers.
