Nine properties sell in Leyden as most prices go undisclosed
Nine properties sold in Leyden between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, but only one deed, the Aug. 28 sale of 377 North County Road for $52,697, disclosed a sale price, making that figure both the period's price range and its median. North County Road was the busiest street, with three of the nine transactions, followed by Schoolhouse Road with two. Sellers included several lenders and mortgage-related entities, a set of trustees, and one same-surname family transfer; one buyer was the Leyden Town Assessors. With pricing data available for just one of nine sales, this period's figures offer a count of activity but little basis for assessing price trends.
