Four Leyden Properties Change Hands as Prices Vary Widely
Four properties changed hands in Leyden between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26, according to Franklin County Registry of Deeds records. Two sales carry a recorded price so far, ranging from $52,697 to $244,000, with a median of $148,348 among those. The top recorded sale was 72 Eden Trail at $244,000 on Sept. 23. Prices for the other two transactions, at 660 Greenfield Road and 53 South Schoolhouse Road, had not yet appeared in registry data as of this writing. With half the period's sales still lacking price data, the available figures offer limited basis for reading market direction this month.
