Leyden records four property sales in August, only one price confirmed so far
Leyden recorded four property sales between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19, but only one sale price has posted to the registry so far: $52,697 for 377 N County Rd, sold Aug. 28. The other three sales, at 53 South Schoolhouse Rd, 354 East Hill Rd and 660 Greenfield Rd, await recorded prices. Notably, the East Hill Road seller was Franklin First Federal Credit Union. With three of four prices still pending and no street seeing more than one sale, this month's data offers only a partial read on local market activity.
