Five properties in Leyden changed hands between July 17 and Aug. 15, according to Franklin County Registry of Deeds records, but none of the five transactions disclosed a sale price, so a price range and median could not be calculated for the period. Transfers included 79 and 119 South Schoolhouse Road, 95 South County Road, 188 River Road and one Leyden property with no address listed. The Leyden Town Treasurer was listed as seller in one transfer, and lending entities CMG Mortgage Inc. and CMG Home Loans were listed as sellers in another. Without pricing data, this month's activity can be counted but not valued.
